We were first introduced to Logan Ritch from Lombard Equipment through the Auto Body Association of Connecticut. When it came time for us to shop for an SPR tool, we gave Lombard Equipment an opportunity to provide a quote. Logan went above and beyond by bringing their tool to us for a demonstration. Thanks to this demonstration, and an extremely fair quote, we ended up purchasing the tool, as well as some additional equipment.

Therefore, when it was time for us to upgrade our aluminum repair capabilities, we turned to Lombard Equipment. Logan came to our shop within 24 hours of the initial call, and presented us with multiple options that they could provide. We ended up purchasing a complete aluminum repair station, and upgrading our steel pulling tools at the same time.

Once we decided on what we were going to purchase, Logan delivered, installed, and trained our employees on the proper use of the system.

Lombard Equipment's products are excellent, and Logan's customer service is top tier.

Logan was phenomenal during the entire experience of getting our new machine. He was patient, worked with the techs on the new machine and explained everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the business that is looking for a new welder.

Great experience with Matt from Lombard Equipment, went over a lot of products that would suite our shop and equipment we needed. Came out right away and demoed all the equipment and was very knowledgeable with all the different tools. Quick and easy purchase of multiple products. Thanks again Matt!
