The AUTOPULSE 220-M1 is the MIG / MAG pulse generator with an integrated wire feeder for the car body. Equipped with a digital PFC (Power Factor Correction) it supplies pulsed welding quality comparable to three-phase products. Designed for the highest performance it features several synergic curves and exceptional arc quality. Versatile, it can carry out all types of welding: Steel, Aluminum, and Silicon bronze. Its intuitive interface and its high precision wire feed are ideal for car-body with the best welding quality even on thin sheets.
OPTIMIZED MIG/MAG SETTINGS
- Welding processes: standard, pulse, pulse in pulse, cold pulse and manual.
- Trigger modes: 2T, 4T, SPOT, DELAY and TACK function.
- Compartment for reel Ø 300 mm.
SIMPLIFIED WELDING
- Many synergic curves guaranteeing an outstanding weld for a large range of materials, wire sizes and gas.
- Its full synergic mode determines automatically the optimal welding parameters which can be adjusted (wire speed, voltage, current, self).
